Oasis Student Apartments (Los Angeles, CA)

This old USC fraternity building was converted into a 42 bed/bath, three story apartment building right in the heart of the University neighborhood. New structure, caissons, grade beams, and all new utilities throughout the entire building. A stand alone “ADU” was also built in the back of the property to add an additional 4 bedroom/4 bathroom unit.

Myra Apartments (Silverlake, CA)

Complete rehab of a three story apartment building with the addition of new units. Estimated Completion Summer 2022. Located in the heart of Los Angeles hot spot Silverlake.

The Zone – Student House (Tucson, AZ)

Built from the ground up! This project was a completely new build right by the University of Arizona. The previous apartments were torn down, and new utilities and buildings were put on the lot. These were 2-story town-home designed units. Each unit included 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 1,700 sq. ft.. There were a total of 104 new student bedrooms in this project.
